La Casetta di Laura

Nice terrazza

A continuous noise in the apartment that did not make it easy to irgnore, so I slept badly.

La Casetta di Laura was a beautifully presented little apartment attached to our host's home. Rosario was a welcoming host who helped us with our bags on arrival and gave us some excellent information on the town. The apartment was lovingly decorated and had a wonderful view of La Rocca. A well-appointed and comfortable stay in Cefalu'. There is a bit of a hike back up from the beach or town centre, but very doable. The bonus is that there is parking for your car, if you are driving!

Rosario, the host was amazingly supportive in communication, recommendations etc. But not only he - also his several super friendly cats and two dogs :) The apartment was nicely overlooking the sea and sunset, had its own kitchen and terrace. It took about 12 min walking to down to reache the beach (the return was was more challenging, especially after good dinner). I hope I return in a year!

For those not used to psychical exercises it might be difficult to climb up from the city. However, Rosario was always generously offering a lift if needed.

Loved everything to be honest! Well equipped apartment, clean, with an amazing view! The host offered to pick us up from the train station, and when we were dining out in a restaurant, and he saw us there, he also walked up to the owner to let him know that we were his guests (discount😉). Amazing experience overall, could only recommend!

The Bachelor suite was located in a quiet neighborhood about 15 min walk from the main centre. There was parking right beside the place and the patio allowed for a relaxing area (faced east so cooler in the afternoon). The washer was nice to have as we were two weeks into our trip. We cooked in for some of the meals and there was adequate dishes to do so. There is no cooking oil or spices provided. The water in the city isn’t really drinkable, but 2 L bottles could be bought at the grocery store for 0.23euro. The host met us upon arrival was very communicative through the booking and checkin process.

Very cosy and spacious appartement with everything we needed to feel at home. 💓

Self contained with washer. Owner (Rosario) was kind enough to pick me up and drop me at the station. It is very clean and has necessary kitchen material to cook. It is about a 1 mile down steep steps to town - walk was fine but not suitable for patients unable to walk up and down.

Nice place with a magnificent view. Attentive host.

Lovely and cozy small flat/studio. It has a separate entrance and a balcony with a view over a rock of Cefalu. We were met at the train station by the host, who live just next (same house really). We've also got a long list of recommendations on places to eat. Had one of the best pizzas during our stay in Sicily. Mind that Cefalu can be steep, so it takes a few stairs to get back to the house from the city centre.
