"Exceptional"

La habitación está muy bien ubicada, a pocas cuadras de los Sassi. Es muy cómoda, el baño impecable y don Biagio que el dueño del apartamento es muy amable, me fue a buscar a la estación de autobuses, me dejó agua y fruta en el refrigerador y se preocupó mucho de que estuviese todo bien. Recomendadísimo!

"Great value stay in a lovely home"

The property is in a quiet street , in very close walking distance to the Sassi . It is a very well maintained, spotlessly clean & well stocked apartment & the very generous host , had left pasties , fruit , water , juice ect , which was much appreciated. Mr Biagio is a very kind man , who was easy to contact and left a lot of tourist information in the apartment. Very much recommended!

"Posizione e accoglienza consigliato"

La posizione era perfetta veramente ad un passo dai sassi, il propietario il signor Biagio persona adorabile, ci ha fatto trovare addirittura qualcosa nel frigo per mangiare ed ha esaudito ogni nostra richiesta nonché dato anche informazioni sulla città.

Posizione davvero ottima, a due passi dal centro. Molto comodo se si è in auto: si trova tranquillamente parcheggio in strada. Appartamento silenzioso e pulito.

Purtroppo essendo le giornate molto fredde il riscaldamento non era sufficiente e durante il giorno abbiamo patito un po di freddo in camera. Per la sera comunque si è acceso e abbiamo dormito benissimo.

Il signor Biagio molto disponibile e gentile. Molto apprezzato anche il pensiero di lasciare qualcosa da mangiare in frigo e per la prima colazione. Posizione dell'alloggio centrale perfetta per visitare la città a piedi.

Il divano letto molto scomodo.

Sistemazione comoda, tranquilla e vicina al centro di Matera. Avevamo tutto quello che ci serviva per stare bene. Biagio molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissima.
