A bit of noise during the night.

The check in was great, we were greeted by Giovanni immediately upon our arrival, he guided us through the city of Matera on a map which was useful. The location is a catch, as you’ve got a great private parking next to the room, meanwhile you’re in walking distance to old town Matera.

The place was dirty, there was old food in the microwave, all the dishes were sticky and uncleaned, generally the entire place needs some decent cleaning to be done. The equipment of the apartment and the furniture is run down. There was construction going on in the next door apartment starting at 8am! It went down on both days of our stay which was super annoying since we were on a holiday wanting to relax, nor did anyone warn us about the chance of this happening.

Great place. Very convenient location. Just a few minutes walk to the old town. Very comfy apartment, equipped with all facilities you need. The helpful owner supplied us with all information needed to visit Madera. Big and secure parking place.

Really nice property. Very close to the town centre. The owner was very attentive and lives on the site. Well maintained and spacious. The onsite parking was a real bonus

Could do with a few more basic kitchen items such as sharp knives. But perfect if you plan to eat out
