Gli arredi vecchi (non antichi) sono difficili da tenere puliti ed efficienti , arredi incoerenti, tende rotte e cadenti , bagno con nastro adesivo ... niente colazione e prezzo decisamente alto . All'arrivo non trovi l'ingresso dalla strada ,no campanello no targa , ho telefonato e mi hanno aperto... In generale avendo prenotato in un "Resort" mi sono sentito preso in giro .

Die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr symphatische und herzliche Person. Obwohl wir vergessen hatten unseren PKW Stellplatz zu reservieren, stellte Sie uns ihren privaten Stellplatz zur Verfügung und parkte ihr Auto um. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Zentrum ist bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Die Appartements haben einen ganz besonderen Charme und sind gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Ein secret place mitten in der Stadt.

The location was amazing. Only a couple of blocks and you are downtown! It has good connectivity for public transport, several restaurants in the area, and everything you need just some minutes away. Laura was lovely as well. She always looked out for us ans was very kind. Would book again!

This property may not be perfect, but it certainly has a lot of charm and personality. It is tucked away, surrounded by a well-maintained and mature gardens. The rooms and kitchen were clean upon our arrival. Many of the local attractions, restaurants, the Genova Brignole train station, are located nearby and we enjoyed taking our daily stroll along the Via XX Settembre to the old city and the port. Our host, Laura, was very friendly and communicative, and she came up with some very useful recommendations about Genova and a few other spots along the Riviera di Levante.

Laura ist eine sehr liebenswerte, spezielle Person, wie auch ihre Unterkunft. Als wir ankommen, hatten wir Rosen und Herzschokoladen im Zimmer, da sie dachte, dass wir in Flitterwochen waren. Als sie uns sah, wurde ihr bewusst, dass dies nicht möglich sein konnte, denn ich war mit meinem 13jährigen Sohn unterwegs. Das war schon eine lustige Begegnung. Sie wurde nicht informiert, dass wir mit unserem Hund reisten, war aber unkompliziert. Als wir enttäuscht waren, dass wir keine Kochmöglichkeit hatten, konnten wir das Zimmer ohne Problem wechseln. Sie hat uns ein anderes Zimmer gereinigt und wir konnten umziehen. Ich kann diesen speziellen Ort, nur herzlich weiter empfehlen! Grazie Laura

Le lit trop petit

Troppe scale per accedere all'alloggio. Avevamo richiesto due letti singoli ma abbiamo trovato un letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto. Entrambe le cose andrebbero evidenziate al momento della prenotazione.
