Otranto perla d'Oriente

Access and departure were really east and the host was very helpful.

Tiny point. We werent advised where to park so ended up with a parking ticket.

Amazing location, 5 minutes walking distance from both the city and all of Otranto's main beaches. Fantastic terrace, ideal for relaxing and having dinner with a large group. Very well equipped kitchen. Perfect for a group of 4 to 6 people.

You really can't ask for more at this price point.

Giussepe was really friendly, the communication was easy and fast, the view from the balcony was great, the kitchen is well stocked. Downtown is just a 15 minutes walk, 3 supermarkets around the corner and a lot of places to visit around.

Location was fine, the view excellent while the balcony was great as well (more than 20 m2). The living was great when looking at size and comfort. The was an espressomachine (ese servings) plus coffee peds.

the water faucet in the kitchen was loose and the cups weren't really washed and cleaned. Nylon bed sheets.

Beautiful appartment in Otranto. Very comfortable because inside there are 2 bathrooms and two separate bedrooms. Located by the sea, 5 minutes from city centre. Parking place was available in the garage. Giuseppe was always available and happy to help.

Great location, spacious flat, superb view, big balcony, all required kitchen utensils, very friendly host, off-street parking available or free onstreet.

The Host met us at the time we had agreed on. Location was fabulous. Apartment was spotlessly clean, the kitchen had everything you need. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and great. The view from the wrap around balcony and the bedroom is fabulous. There is a washing machine that worked well. And on the balcony somewhere to hang your clothes. There was a bbq on the balcony which looked new but we didn’t use it. Having free parking was a bonus. We parked just outside on the street because it was easier but there is a lock up garage under the building if you want to use it. It is within walking distance to food, drinks, coffee shops, two beaches and a supermarket. Only one thing to mention, which didn’t bother us but it may be a problem for some, there are 40 stairs to climb from the street. We would certainly recommend Perle d’Otranto to anyone.

Large room with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms + loggia in the entire length of the apartment. Sea view from the bedrooms. The apartment smelled nice (no extraneous unpleasant odours). Close to city beach and cafes. Close to a supermarket (5-7 minutes walk). There is free street parking + a garage.
