Such a lovely stay. Felt like home. Quiet and perfect in every way. Thank you Elisa!

The house was very clean. It was cozy and comfortable. Exactly what we hoped it would be. A quiet farm home with all the comforts. The kitchen had plenty of pots and utensils for cooking. The bedrooms had plenty of closet space and the bathrooms were very accommodating. The structure of the house is was beautiful. The property was grander than we imagined. Outdoor lounging area and dining area. Grape vines, olive tress apple trees huge vegetable garden. Right outside of San Gimignano. Looks exactly like the photos. Just a twenty minute walk into town if you like to walk. Our hosts were excellent . Family owned and they responded to any questions we had in very timely manner. We absolutely loved our time here. What a wonderful home in a truly incredible setting. It surpassed all our expectations. The house itself is beautiful,warm & welcoming & had every facility that we needed. Lots of space & lots of character. Great air conditioning too which was very welcome mid-summer! The grounds are stunning,beautifully maintained & very expansive. It even has its own olive grove. It’s a real haven of peace & natural beauty. Elisa & her family were lovely & very welcoming. Elisa was extremely helpful with any queries. I feel so lucky to have had our own little piece of paradise for our special holiday. Thank you Elisa,I do hope we can return sometime soon!

This summerhouse was easily the best accommodation we had in Italy on our trip, the place has great atmosphere, it's well designed and maintained, neat and superbly clean. Easy to park on a driveway, garden great for kids, there is great view on San Gimignano from the olive tree orchard. The host was great and easy to communicate with. Beds very comfy, coffee was also great 😂 Thank you

Clean, comfortable and well equipped house surrounded by beautiful countryside, yet walkable to San Gimignano, the best of both worlds!

Heater rods in the bathrooms are not on.

We enjoyed that the property was outside of San Gimignano but still within walking distance. It was easy to drive to a d park and the rooms were spacious and clean. The property was beautifully situated within a little farm and the owner Elisa was punctual and helpful! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and sitting by the fire at night!

There was very little to dislike about this property! It could benefit from an extra accent chair in the living space, but honestly it was perfect!
