Quiet locale, but close to town.

We liked it all! Improvements to consider…new outdoor loungers and proper wine glasses and an American style coffee maker.

Quiet location on a beautiful property within about 20 minutes walk of San gimignano old town centre. Comfortable beds, modern facilities, heaps of space inside and out, everything you could need for a short or long term stay. Best we have stayed in during our trip around Italy.

House was really clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Beds were nice. Host was friendly. The place was super cute and surroundings were beautifull! It was perfect also for hanging out, not just for sleeping.
