La posizione è fantastica

La casa troppo piccola, pochi confort, troppo poco spazio per 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Manca di basi di appoggio. Rifiniture dell' alloggio solo per fare foto, esempio lampadario su piano cottura senza lampada. Nel box doccia nessuna mensola per poggiare detergenti, tavoletta wc quasi solo appoggiata .......... Una cosa orrenda che va su tutto è INVASA DA FORMICHE. ....... Ovunque........ La doccia esterna, rotta....... Quasi inutilizzabile, con scolo acqua nel vialetto esterno.

Proximity to the beach

Not as described in the booking.com ad; it was only one room with a curtain divider… not an “ entire home”… And, So many things in the room were broken and not working properly… wifi didn’t work, beds ( mattresses if that’s what they were supposed to be) were very uncomfortable and the linen quality was very poor, shower didn’t work properly , toilet seat was falling off, and the shower drain was plugged… and the host said he was too busy to fix anything that we highlighted

Ubicación perfecta, a 5 mins andando de una playa y de varios restaurantes/ bares. Al lado también de la Scala dei Turchi, pero en una urbanización un poco apartada, por lo que el ambiente era muy tranquilo, perfecto para descansar.

Ottima posizione, a due passi dalla spiaggia e vicino ai ristoranti. Zona molto tranquilla e Host molto gentile e accogliente.

Frigo non funzionante, il bidet è assente e la porta scorrevole (adibita a porta di casa) non si chiudeva a chiave. Il frigo emanava un pessimo odore di pesce e l’armadio era maleodorante e sporco, per non parlare di coperte, copriletto e asciugamani macchiati.

die Ferienwohnung liegt 50 m vom Strand entfernt und der Weg dorthin ist von Oleandern gesäumt. der Strand ist sehr schön und am besten daran sind die nahe gelegenen Scala dei Turchi - ein Muss, auf diesen wunderbaren, weißen Felsen den Sonnenuntergang zu erleben! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, sehr gut ausgestattet und mit Mülltrennung, Sonnenschirm und einer Aussendusche, zum Sand abwaschen, versehen! der Parkplatz ist in einem versperrten Hof.

die Zufahrt zum Quartier ist sehr schlecht beschrieben. wir wurden letztlich von der Freundin der Vermieterin, die auch die Wohnung sehr ordentlich geputzt hatte, abgeholt, da wir nicht hingefunden hätten. die Kommunikation erfolgte ausschließlich über whatsApp, was, bis auf die Anreiseschwierigkeiten am Beginn, sehr ok war.

panorama bellissimo, accesso diretto in spiaggia, appartamento nuovo e bello.
