The location close to the beach and the Turkish Steps was fantastic. The property was functional and having the kitchen was great.

The mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable and we all got little bites overnight which we think was due to ants. In summer, it’s understandable that ants can be around but there were a lot.

First if all apartment have significant potential which is wasted. It seems that it's not maintained at all. First what we saw that it was poorly cleaned. Dirt, sand and dust was everywhere. Taras looked like it haven't been cleaned since last year and smokes were left in the ash tray. Second the pillows on chairs and sofa on the balcony were wet and molded. There was leftover of food betwen the couches. As previously said apartment was badly maintained. The kitchen sink was hard to use as when doing dishes water was going everywhere but not to sink. Additionally there were multiple pans and pots but all of them very old and almost all of them not properly cleaned. I fully resigned from frying anything and only cooked some food in the pot which we managed to clean to usable condition. Finally bathroom was a problem. There is clearly issue with the pipes as water under shower did not go as fast as it should and whenever we were using kitchen sink bad smell was coming from the toilet. Last thing that I cannot accept were the holes in light switch with holes in them.

The location was perfect, you can walk directly to the beach from the apartment and scala del turchi, in the morning 👌

We really loved the location, it was very quiet and the nature and view over the beach and the sea was beautiful! The terrace was the heart of the whole apartment, which we really loved. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable and the water in the shower didn’t drain away quick enough, so you had to take breaks. But other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartment is directly at the beach. Great sea view from teracce. Just a few minutes of walking from Scala dei Turchi. The near buildings need reconstruction but the nature here is nice. Apartment is old fashioned furnished, mainly the couch in the kitchen needs to exchange. It is ok for sitting but terrible for sleeping. The bed in bedroom is ok. The main advantage is the location directly at the beach and the view from terrace. It was great to sit there with a cup of coffee and just look to the sea.
