What a lovely cosy little place. In a very quiet location with lovely views of the lake. Host was lovely, we enjoyed our brief stay very much.

Smart tv should be a minimum requirement these days. So useful if you're travelling with kids.

The location was great with a convenience shop across the road. The views were good Parking was not too far away, 5-minute walk. The Property had everything inside Owner very helpful, with excellent English

The only thing we didn't like is that the photos portray the property right at the water's edge. IT IS NOT

Very well presented, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. Views were fantastic with nearby amenities. Hosts were fantastic and answered all questions. Will come again.

Lots to like about this little apartment. Good base for exploring Lake Como, but do pay attention to location!! Local area felt fairly safe. It's high up in the hills. Walking down to the lake is fun, lots and lots of steps - coming back up is less fun. A couple of decent places to eat locally, but fairly limited options. Apartment was basic but pleasant. Clean, bed comfy, kitchen well equipped, lovely little welcome pack, bathroom is clean, no bath, just a shower. We had a car and spent our days at Bellagio and got a ferry across to Menaggio - very pretty, busy Lake Como villages/towns.

Just check Google maps before you book! The apartment is tucked up up up away from the main road/town, down a teeny, very narrow little street with a dead end that is fairly difficult to manage with a decent sized car. Parking is a bit of a disaster, it's difficult to work out where is OK and where is not OK to park. The little village (about 5mins walk) is not touristy at all - there are no bells/whistles in this little place. It's 'rustic'. The apartment itself needs sound proofing. We spent our second night laying in bed listening to the group upstairs having the time of their lives, chatting (very loudly), laughing and generally having a ball - and that's fab, but it was like they were sitting on the end of our bed. It was so loud. The apartment is tight for space. However, if you are using it as just a base to explore, then it doesn't really matter but if you like to sit in your accommodation and relax, drink wine, enjoy the view, this may not be the one for you. There are a couple of chairs as you enter and a table and chairs in the kitchen, otherwise you are using the bed as a sofa. Some of the pictures that are advertised with this apartment are not of the apartment, they are near by. So don't think you will open your front door to a view of Lake Como, you absolutely won't!

Wonderful cottage with a beautiful view of Lake Como. Short walk to the waterfalls and to the ferry dock to visit other Como villages. Grocery store and bar just across the street are perfect for breakfast or to pick up necessities.

The house is spacious and beautiful. The views are gorgeous and refreshing. The host was very responsive and helpful and gave very specific directions. The house was a bit to find at first but when we got there everything was amazing. I would suggest staying here only if you have a car so that it would be easy to move around as it is pretty secluded.

The amenities and facilities could be a bit better.
