Casa La Formica

A traditional family home on a back street above the town. There was free parking outside but a bit of a struggle to get to it, due to tight corners. Very good value for a family. Noisy at night with little children shouting until 12.30, but maybe because a festival on and not the owner's fault, although we were in the heart of a residential area. Big roof terrace spacious kitchen and we were made welcome.

Not a great view and the noise.

Very friendly and helpful host. Helped us with the parking on the street. Love the whole apartment with spacious living room and bedroom. We also like the rooftop space for a good chill. The location is very near the market, the UNESCO site.

The bedroom was a bit warm.. the AC was not cooling enough but overall still manageable. Good ventilation needed in the bathroom and the living room.

It was in the best location. We were 5 mins away from the Main Street. The host helped us to find free parking and he was sweet and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. There was a moka pot and the coffee was delicious. There was also a huge variety of teas. ☺️

There were little to no windows in the bedrooms especially.

Our host gave us helpful arrival information, was there to greet us and show us round. Location very convenient for visiting Noto.

Nothing - the roof terrace is an added bonus.

Super, communicative, helpful host who even stood in a parking space nearby to save it for us! The house is brilliantly located in a quiet turning, just yards from the main street of beautiful Noto. The house is very traditional, with parts of it recently modernised and an amazing roof terrace. Do not be fooled by the low price compared with some other properties: It's just outstanding value for money!

Everything was perfect! Very close to the most important tourist attractions. You have an entire house just for you with a kitchen fully equipped, two big bedrooms and a really nice terrace above, we could see the sunrise. I honestly recommend! Giovanni was a nice host also!
