The host was very friendly, offered that we park our car in front. The place is very nice and clean, even if a little bit old. The terrace is superb, the location is ideal for exploring the historical city centre! The place accommodates 4 people very comfortably. We would totally recommend it!

The neighbours were not very happy about us parking our car in front. We managed to negotiate that the car can stay, but on our own and without speaking Italian or them speaking English. Probably the host could have gotten their consent prior to offering us, since the lane in front of the house is tiny.

Great house, cozy, clean. The terrace is just incredible, the view is super. But most of all I liked the owner of this place - Vincenzo. He helped us find a place and helped when our car got stuck. He showed the house, where everything is and recommended places to go!

Not only is this a great place to stay overnight, but the owner is also amazing! I will totally recommend to choose these place to stay if you want to visit Noto !

The apartment was beautiful, exceeded our expectations. Vincenzo lovely human being . Kind and helpful. Would recommend to family and friends. Close to Center and all amenities. Vincenzo was there whenever we needed any assistance. Kind even have a gift to my kids. We will definitely be back one day ! Noto is beautiful 👌😄😄

Great location by the city gate. Comfy beds. Large roof terrace with views. A kettle!

Apartment for 4 but only 2 sunbeds, or 2 chairs & coffee table? Large, exposed roof terrace would benefit from a fixed canopy on one half with proper table with 4 chairs.

Very friendly and helpful host, he helped us find a spot to park the car (Noto streets are narrow and there are a lot of cars!), gave us a nice welcome souvenir and plenty of local recommendations. Incredible value for money, the apartment is right in the center of Noto. Nice rooftop with a good view of the town. Strongly recommended!
