Luca è stato molto gentile e accogliente. Il borghetto è un posto magico e meraviglioso. L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto grazioso arredato con gusto e con molti confort.

Suggerisco di dotare fi un forno a microonde.

Appartamento curato anche nei piccoli dettagli, intimo e accogliente, dotato di tutto il necessario, situato in un contesto meraviglioso e ben tenuto. Host simpatico e disponibile. Comunicazione semplice e immediata.. Self check in rapido e senza problemi. Nonostante sia in area pedonale io ho parcheggiato senza problemi a brevissima distanza. Insomma tutto ok. Ripeterò senz'altro. Consigliatissimo

Excellent location in a beautiful setting. Our host Luca was extremely accommodating, very helpful and even sorted out our taxi to the airport for us.

Great location near ancient Ostia, quiet town is a nice break from the crowded cities, grocery store and gelateria nearby, airport is close, air con in room keeps you cool, kitchen facilities.

The steep stairs in the 2 bedroom apartment might be a problem for older guests, also I think families with small children would appreciate a protective gate at the top of the stairs.

Ideally located close to the airport but also very close to the Archeological Park of Ostia Antica which we visited and loved. A perfect choice for our first night in Italy. Spotlessly clean, secure and a wonderful, kind and accommodating host Luca. The surrounds quite surreal, village was very humble, locals lovely and welcoming in the bars and restaurants. Supermarket directly opposite which is very handy. Easy parking close by. We even drove into Rome first thing in the morning which was a very easy 25 min drive. Alternatively you can catch the nearby train for EUR1.50. No other tourists! Felt like we had the town to ourselves! I highly recommend.

The air con struggled a little with the extreme heat but shutting off the bathroom helped. Perhaps the addition of a standard fan too for these very hot days? It certainly wasn’t unbearable but if you’re expecting arctic AC conditions you maybe disappointed. We all had a great sleep.

Our host Luca was so kind and welcoming! He gave us perfect recommendations for nearby food, shopping, dining and transportation. The house itself, located just within the castle walls, is wonderfully picturesque, has a beautifully designed interior and is excellently situated - the Ostia Antica Archeological Park is only a few minutes walk away. The last days of our trip were spent here, and they may well have been our favorites!

The attention to detail is incredible. It has everything you could possibly need. The location is absolutely ideal.
