This apartment is stunning! Beautifully and stylishly decorated, spotless, and the host Guendalina was so hospitable meeting me upon arrival with an arancini! So many thoughtful extras in the apartment to make the stay enjoyable and comfortable, I would not hesitate to recommend 😊

The apartment is exactly as described. It’s clean, there’s everything you need, location is great and the host is very hospitable and friendly.

I would rate this Property an 11 if I could. Everything about it was perfect. It was even better than the photos, so beautifully and neatly laid out. Very reminiscent of old city Siracusa. Not only was the kitchen very well equipped to self cater, but my host very generously left cold drinks in the fridge and some beautiful local sweets which were greatly appreciated coming in from the heat. The location was central and easy, near to everything that was needed. The Wi-Fi was excellent, as was the air-conditioning in the extreme heat of early September. My host was wonderful and very responsive. I could not recommend this property more highly.

Absolutely nothing.

Location was fabulous. Apartment style was great. Plenty of room, lovely welcome gift, great shower, air conditioning worked well, ironing board, kitchen facilities, space to hang washing. Very enjoyable stay

Just one thing but nota deal breaker, would have liked more towels. Especially towels for the beach so we didn’t have wise the same towels for showering. Other than that, great.

Guendalina's apartment is absolutely stunning! So quaint, cosy, clean and very cool in the middle of August. We were very comfortable and happy during our stay.

Fantastic location, very stylish apartment. Lovely comfy beds, very quiet location and still very close to bars & restaurants and the sea. Everything you need was there for you. Really lovely friendly host met us with the keys and was able to offer local recommendations. We would definitely love to stay here again

This place was exceptional — perfect location, quiet, comfortable, clean, spacious, and our host, Guendalina, was kind and helpful from our first communications to the last. We were a very short one-minute from what became our go-to restaurant, and an enlivening 5-10 minute walk from all of the quaint, narrow corridors of Ortygia street life. So, close to the bustling tourist hot spots and streets, but down a very quiet street to our accommodations. Guendalina graciously helped us with reservations and recommendations during our first days until we became comfortable on our own. But she was readily available by text whenever we needed a question answered. I would highly recommend Acquarello — and its host! (BTW, we stayed seven fantastic nights. We parked outside Ortygia central and did easy-to-drive-to day trips. It was approximately a 10-15 minute easy walk to the car. Noto, Scicli, Ragusa, a cool beach, a cool canyon hike to swimming pools, ,etc. But it was always nice to come back “home” each evening.)

The owner of the property was delightful and went out of her way to ensure that we had an enjoyable time during our stay. The apartment was very comfortable, modern and tastefully furnished and had attention to detail to a level rare in holiday accomodation. Parking garage booked on line a couple of minutes walk away.
