View is great, location is good. Enough room. Matras should be a little thicker. Airconditioning is good. Enjoyed my stay.

Company asks for your personal data and a document (id card or passport). I send a watermarked and partially blocked document I still had . I didn't have the time to book a new appartment. But I would have never booked this appartment if I would have known this. So don't book this appartment if your personal data are valuable to you. Don't be as stupid as me.

Appartamento bello dotato di ogni confort. La cucina attrezzata con tutto l' occorrente per cucinare. Impagabile il meraviglioso terrazzo affacciato sui sassi.

Assolutamente tutto perfetto. Location stupenda, nel cuore dei sassi. Stefania, la padrona di casa, gentilissima e disponibilissima.

La vista dalla terrazza era stupenda, abbiamo sempre cenato fuori godendoci la vista sulla murgia e sulle chiese rupestri. Comodissimo perché dopo la passeggiata al mattino presto potevamo rientrare per riposare nelle ore caldissime ed uscire nel tardo pomeriggio

Purtroppo i letti erano scomodissimi, sia il divano letto che si ribalta, che il letto sul soppalco chol materasso troppo basso e si sentivano le doghe

Great location with amazing view. The terrace was large and ideal for breakfast or evening glass of wine. There were 3 cute kittens living there. The apartment was cute and had everything needed for a few nights stay

The sofa bed was a bit shaky. The toilet flush needs replacing but these were minor issues

I have visited a lot of places around Italy and now Matera will be one of my favourites. Also thanks to Alba Chiara apartment. I can only regret it was only 3 days. The Apartment is well equipped, comfy and has a perfect location, in the heart of Sassi, with the outstanding view from the terrace. Stefania was very nice and helpful. Thank you, that was such a pleasure to be here!
