We rated one point for the owners. They've been nice people willing to put everything in a positive perspective.

The location is more suitable for a shop or anything else than accommodating people. It is a room that has no source of natural light and no ventilation other than the access door. The smell of damp and mold hits you as soon as you enter it. The tidines leaves something to be desired. During our stay there, we never had the peace and quiet that anyone would need on holiday, even at night.
