It was really clean

Everything was perfect. Big house, clean, great internet connection, smart TV, dishwasher and washing machine. Two bathrooms, 3 terraces and 1 patio. Amazing view and the most beautiful beaches within 10 minutes by car.

The house's amenities, such as basic hygiene and bathroom equipment, could be more generous (toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel), and we were also missing at least a capsule coffee maker (the Moka pot saved the day, however).

Fantastic location with exceptional view, spacious, with everything you need. Kitchen detergents provided, trash sacks provided. Great location for the most beautiful beaches reachable in 5 min by car, or in 20 min walking, and flamingo lake with flamingos. You could admire sunrise from the terrace.

Just to inform others who didn't stay in this type of apartments - you need to bring your own soap, shampoo, shower gel, salt, pepper, sugar, kitchen towels. It was not foreseen in the apartment the WC paper holder, although it had perfect towel rack.

The photo with garden (grass) was not the 0ne we got!

Friendly and easygoing hosts, everything was explained very well. Very clean inside. During our stay, we discovered a wasp nest. I messaged the host and the nest was taken care of maybe an hour later - really fast reaction!

Few days before our arrival, we were asked of 300 Euro "Security Deposit". These 300 Euros were promptly returned to us few days after our departure, but this "Securit Deposit" was not disclosed on the Booking's profile. As soon as we arrived, we've been informed about trash pick-up schedule via WhatsApp - schedule printed on paper in house would be much better. We were "upgraded" from Sa Tiria to Chia Homes (near, closer to sea, owned by the same landlord). I chose Sa Tiria when booking because of the bigger kitchen with oven, since I'm used to prepare most of our meals at home. I'd like to be informed more ahead of time about such change. All the furniture and kitchen equipment are the cheapest stuff, bring your own knife at least.
