Sa Tirìa

Location was good with nearby beach and nice views. Shaded area to sit outside was much appreciated. Comfortable Villa for four people.

We chose to eat in a few nights due to dietary reasons and there were not enough cooking pans or dishes. No kettle provided so used saucepan. There was loud entertainment from resort below Villa from 9pm although if you sat in with doors and windows shut, you couldn’t hear it. We love sitting out in the evening when it’s cooler so was a little disappointed.

The apartment was spacious. The terrace with the view was great. The location itself was not bad, it was pretty quiet and good for relaxing. There was ample parking which is a big bonus. Sardinia is awesome and I will come back just not to this apartment.

The furniture and the way the apartment was equipped was as basic as it gets. There was nothing in the apartment besides the linen. Bathroom without hand soap, kitchen without the basics (salt, sugar, oil). Nearest supermarket is only accessible by car (there are a few tourist markets closer but not suitable) so it was inconvenient. Overall not at all good value for money considering the price.

Close to the beach (1km walk). Good view with good private parking and easy access. Good air-conditioning.

All pictures showed outside grass lawn what was not the case. We have 2 children and the house was a duplex with very steep stairs. Kitchen is very limited in suplies.

Margaret, was amazing and very helpful, provided us with all the nice beaches , and restaurants locations nearby

the location is great, the house was comfortable and the hosts were super nice

the only think we didn’t enjoy was the noise coming from the evening shows held at the hotel resort situated nearby. the kitchen equipment was simple but in general sufficient, we only decided to buy some small bowls and one more chopping board.

The staff are friendly

very Limit Kitchen facility although the staff tried! one of the entrance is in the one of the 2 bedrooms!
