Amazing view and great quiet beach, villa is beautiful and comfortable!

We recently spent a blissful holiday in Sant Elmo and everything truly exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was extremely peaceful, perfect for unwinding and disconnecting from city life. Surrounded by stunning natural landscapes, the views were simply breathtaking—whether it was the clear blue sky or the pristine coastlines, every angle seemed magical. The landscaping in the village is simply gorgeous, houses well spaced out, so you have privacy and peace during your stay. The house we stayed in (number 17) was impeccably clean with tasteful decor and super comfy garden furniture too. It was clear that great care was taken to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the living space, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment. We also appreciated the excellent communication with the management, who were always helpful and responsive to our questions. We loved that there were several amazing beaches just a five-minute drive away - a few within walking distance - perfect for quick beach trips. And as a delightful bonus, the village was home to some cute, friendly cats that added to the charm of the place. They aren’t disruptive, just a joy to see play around. What we loved most was how seamlessly the village blended with nature, we didn’t hear any traffic, music or other noise. There is almost zero light pollution so you get to see constellations at night! It was a magical trip, and we can’t wait to return one day.

Location which secures at the same time a great sea view, and unique cosiness, without unnecessary interference from people around. Something that deserves highest grade.

We had to throw away all the garbage out sheets and towels in a pile, empty the refrigerator or we would we fines. We spent a lot of money for 6 nights, those things should be included

Incredible location and accomodation, perfect beach a minute away, grocery store and a great pizza place nearby as well, stayed with three small children. Will definitely come back.

Villa is very beautiful. Everything is designed with great attention to details. It looks like heaven and is a dream place to be. When we first entered, we were just sitting and watching the incredible view to the sea. You have a lot of privacy, own big garden with cute lemon tree, the sea just 3 min walk from your garden, and 1 million other little details to be absolutely happy during your stay. All possible cooking equipment, stylish glasses, different types of plates to decorate your table, dishwasher, coffee cookers, washing machine, etc. We had a bottle of wine and some water left for us what is very nice and thoughtful. You feel that the owners put their soul in this property. The village itself was also very nice, quiet and clean.

No big issues, but some details that are important yo know. Water is limited. You can not stand under the shower how much you want. After 2-3 min it will be not warm anymore and you will have to pay a fee if you use too much water. You will be asked to remove all your garbage 1 day before your departure. The depo is situated out of the village and it’s a long walk up the hill to it, so try to remove it constantly every day when you walk out of the house (it makes it easier at the end). Don’t bring too much luggage with you. When you move to the villa - it’s more less ok, because you walk down the slope. But at the end when you are leaving, it’s extremely difficult to walk up the slopes with heavy things (it is not possible to park next to the villa). Read carefully the document on your email about check-in procedure. We didn’t, so we had to wait a bit for someone to come and let us in the village. It was very fast, buy better to plan everything good.
