Very cozy bungalow nicely decorated (the architect/interior designer did a great job) and 3 minute's walk from the beach. Other beaches are a 5-minute ride by car. Parking costs 5EUR per half of the day or 8 EUR per day. It's very clean inside the house. A lot of different kitchen staff and dinnerware are present including a blender. Villa is situated in a very quiet place. (We were in September and a lot of neighborhood bungalows were empty.) Villa's village territory is big and it's nice to walk there in the evening. Sun rises and sets are amazing. The Supermarket is close to the villa's village as well as a restaurant. The FMCG choice in the supermarket depends on logistics and there were a few days when a lot of shelves were empty. A car is needed to get to the other supermarkets.

It looks like owners have a mode of strict economy of consumables: all the toilet paper rolls were started (we had the impression that the started rolls from other bungalows were collected for us) and here the question of hygiene arises. We also needed to buy batteries for the scale and for the key fob for the barrier/gate. Also, please don't forget to bring with you: soap, shampoo, beach towels, and toilet paper. WiFi isn't available and Mobile Internet is very weak there. There isn't a parking place near the villa and you need to bring all your staff/luggage quite far. It's not so critical if to do this not often and/or visit restaurants instead of meal cooking. There were many wasps and ants on the patio with the dining table and deck chairs.

Communication with the owner/local contact was great. The villa is located in a residence with a small supermarket reachable via foot. Beautiful, small beaches are in walking distance.
