L'appartement est situé dans un coin charmant, sur une petite place très jolie et très calme sur les hauteurs de Baveno. Max est très accueillant et sympathique.

Un des canapés-lit mériterait d'être changé car très inconfortable. Il faut savoir que dans cet appartement, il n'y a pas de torchons poutmr la cuisine, pas de papier dans les toilettes, pas de produit pour le lave vaisselle... Bref, à part des draps et des serviettes, il faut prévoir tout le reste ? Les photos de l'annonce montrent en fait 2 appartements. On n'a pas logé dans ce qu'on avait vu...

"À éviter avec des enfants."

La localisation (15mn du centre à pied) La literie

L’appartement est sur 2 niveaux. L’escalier est extrêmement dangereux : pas de rampe. À éviter avec des enfants ! Il n’y a pas de lumière naturelle, les rares vitres sont opacifiées, il faut allumer la lumière toute la journée et les éclairages sont insuffisants. C’est glauque. Les équipements sont insuffisants ou en mauvais état : pas de torchons pour faire la vaisselle; l’aspirateur fonctionne mal.

Casa comoda per 2 famiglie, pulita ed in posizione ottima. Abbiam fatto solo una notte per cui non abbiam sfruttato tutti i servizi a disposizione. Host gentilissimo, ci ha suggerito posti dove mangiare e dato indicazioni sulla zona. Consigliatissimo

Magari per una questione di sicurezza, se si va con dei bambini piccoli metterei una copertura laterale alle scale
