Very nicely renovated apartment in a old historical building. Good facilities in every room. There was everything one can possibly need The main room was very big and comfy We really liked the style and the guest was very nice and helpful. Definitely would go back if I'll have to stay in Baveno again

The stairways are not for vertigo or stumbling guests

It's a beautiful apartment which is cleverly designed and has preserved a lot of its original charme. We especially liked the bedroom area under the roof and the spacious bathroom. Walking distance to town and lake. The host was very helpful on arrival with good advice on activities, restaurants, etc.

Only a few minor/personal preference things. The kitchen area design meant only one person could be working in the kitchen whereas we would have liked to be able to cook together. The metal sheet on the stairs is quite uncomfortable when going up or down barefoot. We didn't get WiFi details which would have been useful.

We enjoyed the apartment's situation in the old town with an arched entrance down narrow streets. Easy walking distance to the lake and not too far from Baveno center. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Parking was very easy. Max the owner kindly came to meet us and gave us tips on what to see and where to eat in the nearby towns. The apartment was clean. Being in an ancient wine cellar, it held up to the hotest days of this summer in Italy.

Not all the appliances listed were provided. We had to make toast in the oven and the kitchen is limited in terms of dishes and cooking utensils. 4 teaspoons for example. There is no railing on the stairwell and it seemed unsafe. Not to be rented to families with small children or sleepwalkers.

Very comfortable apartment for a large family. well organized spaces and spacious beds. Very kind owner.quiet neighborhood. Easy parking in the sorroundings.

Beautiful apartment, perfect to stay for a short period to explore Baveno and its environment. Bedroom was big and comfortable, just like the bathroom (amazing shower)! The smart tv was a plus to enjoy a cosy movie night!

The kitchen was not equipped with herbs / olive oil / soap / towels. Be sure to bring €150 as a deposit, this should be added to the Booking info in my opinion.
