Il Paradiso sul Mare Apartment

The balcony has great views and the host Maria who met us with the keys was lovely and friendly. It’s great to have use of a pool too!

There are some slight updates that could be done to the property to bring it back to its full potential. Coffee machine is broken and leaks, which is why it’s placed in a big tray to catch it all. The apartment is clean however there are spots of wear & tear are starting to show which would be easily fixed (floor grouting has gone discoloured making the floor look slightly worn/unclean, side of sink unit in bathroom damaged, paintwork scuffed in areas, kitchen workspace very limited to say how remote the property is and could definitly hold more work space)

Beautiful surroundings and views, very peaceful. Accomodating hosts. Great restaurants and people. Loved it.

The host is very open and kind. The parking is free and private, and the pool has a great view. We liked all, we would definitely book this again.

The apartment was situated on the lovely hills of Pontone di Scala. The views were phenomenal and truly mesmerizing to wake up too every morning. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for all of us. We also found some complementary items in the kitchen upon arrival. Other pointers which made us love this property even more: 1. The staff was very patient with us as we had a 4 hour flight delay, thus, making us 5 hours late to check-in. 2. Even though the apartment provided a washing machine we didn't really have much time to wash our towels, we thought we'd ask the owner to see if he could possibly bring us more towels and he happily did so himself. As we were not in the apartment, the owner kindly sent me a message on whatsapp to confirm that he had delivered the towels. 3. When checking out, I had mistakenly forgotten a bag full of clothes at the apartment, the owner kindly held onto the bag for 3 days and I went back for it before my flight back home. The owner was very sweet and kind before, during and after our stay through whatsapp.

My friends and I truly have nothing to complain about.

I don't know where to start to describe this wonderful villa. The wonderful view from the bedroom, a balcony where we spent hours and hours eating and relaxing, where the peace is broken only by the chirping of birds. Spacious room, fully equipped kitchen, everything clean and in its place, free and safe parking. . The pool was another place from which our children never want to leave, they enjoyed it so much. And finally, the owner, Gerardo, someone who knows how to treat guests and make them feel at home, ready for any request and any recommendation. We will definitely come back and we strongly recommend it to all those who want to relax.
