Ortigia Suite - Giudecca

Amazing jewel right in the middle of Ortigia !!! We loved everything here : it is very quiet, in one of the cute small alley of Ortigia. All the equipment to cook and to spend a very confortable stay, including the small terrace. I was doing yoga here every morning ! We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but WE extended to 6 ! Thanks for this Amazing journey

Property had recently been renovated and was all new. The roof terrace was lovely and got a lot of sunshine throughout the day. Very spacious main space. Good for working if you need to. Manuela was so friendly and helpful. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent and she was kind enough to help us with travel arrangements when we found out we were going to the same place one day.

The location is excellent. I requested to be met by a staff (for a fee, which was a minus point in my book, more on this later. Helen was great, she explained everything and was checking up each day. I love the layout of the place plus the added bonus of the terrace. Once everything was explained to me including the garbage disposal schedule then wverything was smooth. Everything was working, A/C, hot water, automated door locks…

3 specific things. As mentioned not too happy i had to pay to be met by someone at the unit. Even the driver of taxi they recommended took me to wrong unit. Not every thing is easy just bec it is written down. Second beware the steps to unit entrance is very narrow. I could hardly bring my luggage up and down during arrival and departure as i and luggage would not fit together on each step and it is a high staircase, at least 12 steps. Lastly there is a sound like a garadge door opening continuously per 30 seconds beginning at 5am! For a light sleeper like me it was very disturbing. These were manageable somehow except fr the neighbor sound, we dont know where it was coming from.

Wonderful location. Very quiet. The apartment's roominess, cleanliness, and new furnishings. The host, who we did not meet, but who was easy to contact by phone and very helpful. The wonderful roof-top terrace.

The living area was spacious and it was great to have a washing machine. The location was very good close to everything and the rooftop terrace was much appreciated.

Whilst the host was quite helpful they tended to be overly involved checking repeatedly that all was OK. Not necessary!

It is an entire apartment to yourselves, there is a lovely rooftop terrace to relax and have drinks on. The apartment was well equipped and in a very central location. Really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Ortigia.

The apartment is beautiful, brand new furniture, appliances, very spacious, in a perfect location, walking distance to the best attractions, restaurants, etc

Not a thing. It was all just perfect.

Very clean and in a fabulous location. Communication with staff was wonderful. It’s only 5 minute walk to a swimming spot.
