La propreté

Très sombre, chambre sans fenêtre, pas de vue et surtout pas d’aération. Il fallait passer dans la chambre de nos amis pour aller au wc . Le linge ne sèche pas et nous ne voyons pas le ciel. Il faut tout le temps avoir la lumière électrique. De plus très mal insonorisé. Vraiment ne mérite pas son prix. Nous étions 4 et il y avait 3 capsules de café. J’ai vraiment été déçu. Et pas vraiment à 20 mètres de la mer. C’était le plus cher de notre séjour et vraiment le moins bien.

The place was in the old city but newly updated, was equipped with everything we needed including laundry, the apartment itself is 10 out of 10 The location of the place is great, easy to access from the parking ( outside of the old city) walking distance to all attractions in Monopoly Staying in the heart of the old city is a great experience

The only thing is that the owner didn't mentioned not to enter the old city with the car and to find parking out of the old city ( there is available parking just near the old city in short distance from the apartment)

Lovely property in a great location in Monopoli. Good facilities in the apartment to help support our families visit. Also helpful in organizing car parking on the edge of the old town within walking distance.

Very clean and well located.

The property was amazing. Great location - right in the old town - but in a private dead-end street so you don’t get a lot of foot traffic coming past. Very walkable to anything in the old-town as well as The local beaches. Don’t be afraid of swimming or the rock walls - if there is no swell and wind. Our kids had a fantastic time doing this.

We had an extended stay (6 nights) and we were surprised to only get 4 coffee pods and 2 toilet rolls. We did get a coffee top-up, but had to push for it, but were told we needed to supply our own toilet rolls if the provided ones had been used (we found them for 1.50 Euro… so just weird they wouldn’t provide more for an extended stay). While it’s not the properties fault - the main beach in the old town - an out 50 meters away - was closed as they are redeveloping it. That was a bit of a bummer as it was really one of the reasons we booked here.

Beautiful apartment and very comfortable. Location was excellent. Situated within the old town, walking distance to major sights, train station and restaurants.
