Villa Lilia

Teresa is an incredibly nice host and we had wonderful vacations. The place is just marvelous and perfect also as starting point for day trips.

Superb accommodation and a stunning view. The host was so helpful and kind. The bus stop into town was at the bottom of the road, so a car wasn't essential. Vietri was a great base, due to the rail and ferry links.

A very pleasant location out of the busy town with a very private and separate building for guests and a great view of the coast. The accommodation was newly fitted out to a high standard and very clean with a helpful host who gave advice on taxis, restaurants etc.

We did not have a car. Possibly this would have been a help but the taxis were good and we got some exercise walking to the beach and town.

Our appartment was perfect in every way! We had our own little terasse and garden with a spectacular view overlooking the sea and the town of Vietri sul Mare, stunning by day and night! We spent many hours by the pool and had a great time. Everything was great, and the wonderful ownet Teresa as well! She made us feel very welcome and at home, which we appreciated a lot. We would highly recommend Villa Lilia to everyone, especially couples looking to spend some quality time in a perfect scenery.

Such an amazing place. One of the most incredibles views, on a private apartment when the only thing you hear when you wake up is the lovely birds. The house is fully equipped, with great taste and perfect for a stay for a couple and a kid. The location of the house couldn't be more perfect to be able to enjoy the Amalfi coast without the craziness of the tourism. You can hope on the ferry or by car and reach easily all the villas while staying on a calm and charming apartment. The host, Teresa, is really lovely and caring. She was always ready to help and took care of everything, even things that when booking weren't available (eating chair for the baby), Teresa took care of it and upon arrival had one. Would recommend it 100%

The host contacted us well in advance and greeted us on arrival. Great experience. The panorama from the property is amazing, The views over the beautiful village and the sea makes this property a beautiful location at the Amalfi coast. There are two different beautiful apartments and we shared it with our friends which was perfect. There is a nice pool with views over the coast line and you can walk to the beach in approx. 15 min downwards and 20 min going back up. It is not the best beach in the area, but you can also take the ferry to various little cities along the coast, all the way to Amalfi. ( Approx. one hour).

Beautiful location and really kind and helpful host. We were greeted with a much-needed cup of coffee and Teresa also presented us with a bottle of local wine, which was excellent. The apartment has a lovely view over gardens and the Amalfi coast and is within walking distance of Vietri, with its ferry system and local beaches. We were able to go by public transport from Vietri to the trailhead for walking the Path of the Gods. Teresa also recommended a very good local restaurant. We especially appreciated the free on-site parking spot, which we hadn't had elsewhere on the Amalfi coast. Internet was also better than most of our other apartments. All in all, a great stay.

The first part of the pathway down to the beach was a bit overgrown but that's a public path, not the responsibility of the Villa owners.

We booked both apartments for a long weekend. Pictures and reality match 100%. Uncomplicated arrangement with the owner regarding different arrival times. Sensational view of Vietri, a great pool, nice terraces to spend time outside (barbecue). The owner helped arrange airport transfers and gave really good recommendations for local restaurants. We had a very nice time.

Not really a suggestion for improvement, but a tip: we had a private tour guide who picked us up every morning and brought us back to the apartment in the evening. Otherwise you definitely need either a rental car or motorbike to get around comfortably.

Fantastic friendly host - very accommodating and very responsive. The villa itself is beautiful with wonderful views over the town. The apartment has great amenities for self catering, it is clean and comfortable. The apartment is a great base for the Amalfi coast and to and from Naples airport. We will be staying here again and look forward to seeing Teresa soon!
