Appartamento spazioso ed accogliente, arredato con gusto, ottima vista panoramica

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento ben fornito di tutto, moderno, arredato perfettamente e con stile. Pulizia impeccabile. Proprietaria disponibilissima e gentilissima. Posizione molto comoda.

SOGGIORNO PERFETTO, CASA CURATISSIMA E FUNZIONALE CON TUTTO CIO' DI CUI SI HA BISOGNO E INDICAZIONI CHIARE PER QUALSIASI NECESSITA'. CURA DEI DETTAGLI E ATTENZIONI AL CLIENTE FUORI DAL COMUNE. TERRAZZA PANORAMICA SPETTACOLARE. VICINANZA ALLE ATTRAZIONI. COMUNICAZIONE CON L'HOST PERFETTA. SUPER CONSIGLIATA!

Important clarification: - Casa Checca - is the 1st floor apartment and the only which has the rooftop terrace seen here in the descriptions/pictures/etc. with a 360 view towards Caprarola including Farnese Palace; this rooftop terrace can be reached only in case you'll stay in apartment Checca (i.e. Casa Checca); Checca apartment, is situated above a grocery shop from where we could purchase our breakfast etc. (the shop is closed on Sundays); Checca's living & kitchen areas as well as the bedroom area are overlooking the narrow street and a very tall and long old building (high school and the local theater) therefore not view towards Caprarola etc; behind and in the inner courtyard of this tall & long building situated accross the access street you'll find a public parking place (Parcheggio Ex-Scuderie) - Casa Maria - is the minus (-) 1 floor (part of the same downhill building which includes at road/ground level the grocery shop and on top of it Casa Ceccca; Casa Maria DOES NOT include a roof terrace and has NO access to Checca's rooftop terrace; Casa Maria has its own balcony (a table for 2 persons max); From Maria's living room and balcony you have a partial view towards old Caprarola and surroundings; Casa Maria's balcony is partly open air from where you have a partial view of Caprarola (blocked view by a house across) and partially closed (part of the Maria's bedroom) but from where you can better see Caprarola. We stood in both apartments. We would return in any of them but of course would definitely prefer Casa Checca, the only one with the rooftop terrace.

- Not necessary a CON: (i) a good reminder in case you arrive by car - public street parking places are scarce close to the apartments; it can be easy to find available parking place in a walking distance in case of off-peak season (mind the blue marked parking places for which you have to pay/hour); (ii) regarding the double Beds a recommendation: in Checca the double mattress is to soft but in Maria the medium soft mattress was much better (note: both apartments have expandable sofas for 2 pers/each)) - We could not find a clear description for each apartment and from here also our confusion regarding the roof terrace; however based/due to availability and host kindness we could enjoy both apartments during our short stay; confusion was also because in Google Maps: Checca and Marias are in two distinct locations but which in fact are in the same building etc. etc.

Pulizia impeccabile, una casa accogliente e arredata con gusto ma anche decisamente funzionale sfruttando al meglio gli spazi. Bellissima sorpresa la terrazza sopra al tetto con una vista magnifica sul paese e la valle, oltretutto veramente spaziosa con tavolo, sedie e divanetti. Apprezzato anche il "dolcissimo" cestino di benvenuto. In aggiunta a tutto questo è letteralmente a pochi passi da Palazzo Farnese. Complimenti davvero, consigliatissima.

Se devo trovare una pecca il materasso è troppo morbido. Ma sono gusti personali.
