Every detail in this beautiful historic apartment is perfectly placed for beauty and comfort. We were astounded to find two showcases of artifacts from the building itself artfully placed within the walls, as well as the beautiful antique furnishings and art. Massimo was gracious and helpful. Good restaurants and all Etruscan sites were within easy walking distance. No touristy crowds in the streets— just medieval towers everywhere and quiet. The room was cleaned daily. My first and last word was “wow.”

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

It absolutely blew our expectations and you get everything you expect staying in an almost 1000 year old tower. The apartment is decorated with super love for detail and the host is very friendly and helpful. Especially the communication before arrival was amazing.

The apartment gets only as warm as you expect it in the winter for a 1000 year old building and it was a bit chilly, but that’s the only thing I could think of.

Location was great. Very spacious Attention to detail Very clean.

Gorgeous appartment in old medieval town, in the heart of the medieval town and 200 m away from the Etruscan Museum

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pallazo Castelleschi in Tarquinia, Italy, and it was an exceptional experience. What made this place set apart from others were the outstanding reviews, the hospitality from the owner, the affordable price and the close location from the port. The two-bedroom apartment was impeccably clean and well-equipped, providing all the comforts of home. One of the highlights was the Nespresso Cappuccino machine, which made my mornings delightful. The breakfast provided was delicious and a perfect start to the day. The attention to detail and the quality of the amenities truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Pallazo Castelleschi to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tarquinia. This is my first time staying in Italy. The apartment owner, Massimo, spoke very good English. He answered every email in a timely manner. Our stay at Pallazo Castelleschi was made even more memorable by the incredible hospitality of Massimo, the owner. From the moment we arrived at the Tarquinia train station, Massimo went above and beyond by personally picking us up and driving us directly to the apartment. His warm welcome and attention to detail truly set the tone for our stay. Massimo’s dedication to ensuring his guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience is evident in every aspect of his service. We are grateful for his kindness and highly recommend Pallazo Castelleschi to anyone visiting Tarquinia. Thank you, Massimo, for making our stay unforgettable!

The stairs due to my mobility issues.

This Appartement Rental is Superb! Centrally located in Tarquinia, spacious rooms (2BR, living, Kitchen-dining) beautifully furnished in 12-14c Palace at a reasonable price. The proprietor is very kind and helpful (1. Guided me to nearby public parking for EUR 3.00 overnight parking; 2. Provided recommendation list of 5 restaurants nearby, and the one we chose was excellent!; 3. Oriented us with the kitchen, fully stocked [juice, yogurt, wide selection of bread and jam, etc.] for breakfast). We will consider Tarquinia as HUB for future visits to central Italy, because of Palazzo Castelleschi !

Perfect location,being in centre of town,yet close to parking. Only 10 minutes to beach as well. Host very agreeable and building was wow. Would recommend the Old Station Pub around the counter,good good and a lovely atmosphere
