An absolutely fantastic 1000 + years old property with a great ambience and prefect features. by Massimo being the perfect host. Great location. Nobody will regret staying there - its a privilege to stay!

Host Massimo very kindly collected us from the station so keys were easily available! He also drove us back to the station. I was excited to spend the night inside a medieval tower.

The property is really a gem. Uniquely designed. It’s an Ancient tower back in the old days. We love the fact that there were bits of History and at the same time Modernization for our comfortable stay. We are a family of 3 with a little one, it was a plus points that the Television have a chromecast option for my little one’s screening time. It saved us some quiet time during breakfast! Wifi is fast! The kitchen is completely well stocked with utensils, pans, etc - since I had to cook for my baby. Breakfast is lovely!!! If ever we will go back again in Tarquinia, we will definitely stay at Massimo’s House again! The City is protected by UNESCO thats why it is well preserved. We are truly satisfied and happy!!!

Very good communication with Massimo. He waited for us at the location. Great place to stay several days. Very old building, you feel the history. Notice that the big bed is in the living room. Enough choices for simple breakfast. Also enough choices for breakfast in the neighbourhood. The city is so interesting, beautiful and unspoiled! Very kind people, not touristic, very fair prices.
