Loved the size, cleanliness, and location it was perfect.

Not much, possibly the noise from the trains but even that was muted and not really an issue.

I highly recommend staying at Sorrento Nest Rose should you be looking for accommodation in Sorrento. It’s located in an absolutely prime location very close to and within walking distance to the downtown city center and all main streets. The property is very spacious and comfortable, very large living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a patio. I especially loved all the colorful stained glass windows within the house! If you’re a lover of beauty and art, you’ll especially love this place.

The location was awesome, next to train station, supermarket. A few minutes walk to city center and sunset points

We were told to use only 2 ACs at a time else the circuit breaker would trip. After paying such high cost, these issues are not expected

This is an amazing place to stay! It has all of the amenities for cooking, etc. It is a private and safe place to stay and is centrally located in Sorrento. Walking distance to a Supermercato, local restaurants everywhere, and a short walking distance to the marina and beautiful downtown Sorrento. The owner is incredibly warm and attentive. We just adored him! He made sure we had great experiences while we stayed in Italy and we consider him our new friend. ❤️

The beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked, as I am recovering from back surgery, but everything else was fantastic!

The location

We want to express our profound disappointment regarding our recent stay, which fell significantly short of expectations and basic hospitality standards. Our group of eight received only one bath towel per person for a three-night stay, with no hand towels, face towels, or bath mats provided. Upon our arrival to Sorrento at 1 PM, the host let us leave our luggage in the apartment but we couldn't stay yet because he was expecting someone to clean it. Check-in time was 4 PM. We came back around 7 PM the first day, exhausted from the trip, there was NO HOT WATER. When we contacted the host, instead of receiving an apology for the inconvenience, we were accused of damaging the water heater—an unfounded claim as we didn't know its location. The host advised us to use a small electric heater that required a 20-minute wait between showers, which was unrealistic for our group size. Eventually, he determined the gas bottles were empty, a matter that should have been checked prior to our arrival, yet offered no apology for the oversight. We were also instructed repeatedly via text the next day to dispose of several GARBAGE BAGS left by the previous guest on the balcony, as it was the schedule collection day according to local regulations. This request was both inappropriate; the responsibility for removing waste from prior guests lies with host or cleaning staff, not new guests, and the balcony was rendered unusable due to these bags. Additionally, the kitchen was poorly equipped, lacking basic items like a wine or beer bottle opener, forcing us to seek help from a nearby restaurant late at night. This lack of essential supplies further highlighted the insufficient preparation of the property. Throughout our stay, the host demonstrated an authoritarian and disrespectful attitude. This was the least satisfactory and most expensive accommodation among five properties we stayed in on the Amalfi Coast. Given this experience, we do not recommend this property.
