Sorrento Nest Rose

Location was good with a supermarket very close. Also close to train station and central to Sorrento.

Quite disappointing. It was agreed we could gain access at 3pm,we couldn't get in until 5pm.we discovered that the dish washer was full of dirty pots the washing machine was full of towels, shower was not working, had to descale it the other bathroom the plug was broken so there was stagnant water in the bath for 3 days. Also the freezer was solid with ice,tried to defrost it. Many lights did not work and the washing machine bearing is worn.we contacted Andrea about some issues which were not resolved. Our conclusion was that he made up excuses and pointed the blame to previous occupants. The apartment needs some attention and better management.

Apartment was nice and the bedrooms good size. Good location from train station and grocery store close by

Location excellent, right next to train/bus depot and supermarket, and only a few minutes walk from town centre. Clean, comfortable, and spacious with good facilities

Nothing - superb

The location was the best part close to grocery store and close to the train station and the bus depot to do some sightseeing

The facility was dirty, falling apart, and dire need of repairs toilet did not flush dishes were sticky towels had a few holes in them wash machine gave us difficulty ants all over the bathroom, silverfish bugs, and spiders on the walls. garbage bins were overflowing with garbage and they asked us to take the garbage out. It Was not even my garbage to take out as it was already in the units when I arrived . there were two bathrooms, one with a shower who had crud in there for years that hadn't been removed and soap scum all over the glass. The second bathroom had the same had mould and dirt on the basin and in the cracks of the shower doors the glass of the shower was full of shower scum. The showerhead had three spots that were letting water come out. The mould around the sink underneath the ledge of the bathtub first day two people take a shower. The third person has no hot water. It took us till morning to figure out that the propane tank had expired. It needed to be replaced so we had to call the owners to come and replace it. There's no hot water stove doesn't light there's no propane it took us to morning to figure out that it was a propane issue and, the owner to come and fix it immediately. shower curtain was full of mold. fridge did not keep the food cold. The freezer did not work the door stay open the whole time. The stove was dirty the counters had crumbs. did I mention the unit smelled like it had been freshly sprayed with some sort of chemicals for bugs when I asked them they said they don't use pesticide but definitely what a smell of some sort of pesticide or raid or something was sprayed in there because there were issues with bugs. The sofa in a past life used to be white leather but now it's full of cracks and gray. I wiped it myself and a lot of the gray came out of so it tells me that they do not clean. I would never sit on that sofa disgusting.

The property had plenty of space for my family to have some space, but still be together. The owner was fast with his responses when we had questions and very helpful.
