Спасибо хозяину, встретил в 23.30 поздно, все объяснил, все было чисто, даже очень, будто только построили и все новое. Хозяин очень добрый человек, перфекционист. Любит чистоту и порядок. Красивый уютный дворик, тихо, уютно.

Очень далеко от пляжа, ближайший 30 мин ехать, но автобус можно ждать полтора - два часа. Обратно с пересадками около 2 часов. До Монделло 3 часа туда и 4 часа обратно. Бассейн во дворе не работал.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti, e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la struttura è adatta per una vacanza o un weekend tranquillo lontano dai rumori cittadini ma al tempo stesso ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici (che noi abbiamo usato diverse volte per spostarci), la struttura mette comunque a disposizione parcheggio auto quindi comodissima in entrambi i casi, in pochi minuti puoi essere in centro. Michele il proprietario si è dimostrato da subito gentile e disponibile, offrendoci anche un'app per visualizzare i posti dove mangiare cibo locale e i luoghi di maggiore spicco, ed una mappa per raggiungere grazie ad una scorciatoia le fermate e i servizi in pochissimo tempo. Abbiamo passato un soggiorno davvero piacevole, e sicuramente ci ritorneremo!!

Casa molto carina host gentilissimo e disponibile posizione strategica.Quando tornerò a Palermo ci rivado.

We enjoyed the very uncomfortable bed, the mold in the shower, the dirty swimming pool, the loose wall socket covers, the toilet seat two sizes smaller than the ceramic, the towel holder above the bidet, and of course, the window that couldn't be closed due to the mobile air conditioner

After our arrival, the owner didn't leave us alone for an hour. They had us sign a house rule, and when we were leaving, they made us throw the garbage into a container two blocks away. But he was very kind because they provided us with a map showing where we could find the garbage container. Dear owner! You was lucky because, at the request of my family, I didn't make a scandal about it, even though he charged more than 30 euros for cleaning through Booking.

The host Michele is a wonderful person, we cannot thank him enough for his kindness and all the lengths he went to deal with minor issues (internet was cut off due to recent storms and he went ahead and got a sim-modem to get us connected!). Overall it was a very good stay and we left very happy & satisfied.

The beds are not as comfortable as I hoped but we slept just fine. Also, maybe a flynet for the bedroom could be nice to help you leave the door open at night for beautiful & fresh Sicilian air.
