Excellent location, so near to the historic centre. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Great communication with Luca before and during our stay. He was very responsive to my questions and allowed us to check in early. He gave us extra towels to take to the beach (which we didn't use)

The shower door didn't close properly and the water did leak on the floor, but there was a mat.

The accommodation was excellent. Great apartment with bedroom and on suite upstairs, living area, bathroom, outside patio and washing machine. Luca was very attentive towards us and checked in to ensure everything was going well. This apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Luca suggested a parking garage, one street over, which gave us the flexibility of coming and going when we liked, knowing the car was safe. We really loved this apartment.

Bardzo komfortowy pobyt w przestronnym, w pełni wyposażonym i pięknie urządzonym apartamencie. Doskonała lokalizacja w odległości krótkiego spaceru od zabytkowej części Katanii i licznych restauracji i barów. Świetna komunikacja z gospodarzem , bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Bardzo oceniany możliwość rezerwacji parkingu w pobliżu apartamentu . Miejsce jest świetne, zapewnia szybki dostęp do wielu atrakcji w mieście. Luca, Gaetano – bardzo dziękujemy.

This accommodation was absolutely beautiful, the location was great, and the apartment was perfectly clean. Communication with Luca was smooth. He sent us all the information as well as recommendations on where we could go. He was kind enough to lend us extra towels when we needed them. The location is in the city center, everything is within walking distance, or you can rent electric scooters. If you need to do laundry, there is a washing machine, and you’ll find all the necessary things there, even an iron for your clothes. I think it’s more suitable for two people. It has two bathrooms, two air conditioners, a small balcony, and a terrace where you can sit in the evening. There’s also a stone grill, so if you want to barbecue, it’s possible. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and we will definitely come back here.

When you take a shower, some water leaks through the shower door, but that can always be wiped up. Maybe just add a little more kitchenware – basically everything you need is there, but it would be nice to have a few more pieces.

Appartement très bien situé , bien équipé , grand et 2 salles de bain . Interlocuteur disponible et agréable.

Les 2 portes des 2 douches ne se ferment pas complètement , donc même en faisant hyper attention , ça coule dehors.

Great location close to historic part of Catania and just steps from beautiful churches and Duomo Square. This is a large apartment with 2 floors and 2 full bathrooms, a balcony upstairs (smallish) and a large patio area . Looked fairly well equipped but older equipment Appreciated the plentiful coffee parking with Gaetano is very close but in a VERY tight spot so if you have a larger car be aware. (We had a Nissan Quashi and fit but barely)

The bed is memory foam and a bit squishy for my liking. The space could benefit from another chair or small couch as the chair is not one to sit in comfortably at all. The space could also benefit from a coffee table or side tables while sitting on the couch. A bit more cleaning would be good as the sheets on the bed had a spot on them (looked like a squished moth maybe ) but the bathrooms are clean (downstairs shower system is older)
