Place is great, has quick access to many of the sites and transports in the city. Check in and out were smooth. Luca is a great host, great communication, flexible when needed!

Can be a little noisy in the mornings, but that is valid for the whole city. Bathrooms are modern but could benefit from some maintenance.

The apartment is in the centre of Catania with immediate access to attractions, train station, grocery. It is very modern with a nice terrace and barbeque grill. The host is very prompt in responding on all questions as well as providing recommendations.

Very nice apt, very well equiped, close to the center. Everything you need during the stay was there, Close to the apt were shops and market. There was a nice patio in apt. Very good comunication with the owner. The keys to the apt. were in the key box so it was easy to enter inside. Highly recommended place. During next visit in Catania I would like to stay in this apt again. Grazie Luca:)

Super spacious, central apartment - two bathrooms, what a treat! Friendly owners keen to give you information - parking via a friend, though there is free parking in the streets around (if you can find a space). Well equipped kitchen (though we ate out) and easy walking to most of the main sights. Close to the university so nice student vibe.

Some of the electrics are a bit dodgy - loose plugs etc. It's quite a busy/noisy one-way street - but it is in the heart of Catania. Oh, and it's in the wrong place on Google maps so use the address to find it.

A bit noisy at night time

The property was very spacious and decorated with a very homely feel. The location was on a very quiet street but only 2mins walk from a main square where our guides for excursions could easily pick us up without hassle and we were probably a 10min stroll from Catania’s main square with adjoining streets that had many shops, restaurants, bars and picturesque buildings. So basically perfect if you’re away on vacation. The only downside to Italy as a whole is the parking situation - you think driving is stressful, wait until you try and park, haha - and Catania was no different. However, we had a little Fiat 500 rental car and our host knew somebody who could accommodate us last minute by letting us use their private parking spot for a very reasonable price. It took the stress of what to do with our rental car completely away for our 3-night stay. Our host was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and was there to answer any of our questions in-person or later by text. The accommodation was very clean, well looked after and we had plenty of towels and even a washing machine to clean some of our things after hiking up Etna. The price of accommodation was also very reasonable and overall we felt very lucky to have had such a lovely accommodation experience all around. If we ever come back to Catania from the UK, we would definitely stay here again.

I add myself to the long list of excellent reviews. The reason is that they really are: the staff, right from the web booking stage, appears friendly and prepared. Everything at their fingertips. The apartment has been renovated again, with a well-equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, plates, cutlery and various kitchen tools. Two newly renovated bathrooms, they did a great job sprucing them up. They repainted all the parts and it shows. Delightful and useful terrace with bbq, comfortable bed and beautiful open space. All excellent to allow a few days of carefree and relaxation in the beautiful historic Catania. Citing all the excellences would be too much, but applause goes to those who direct. We will definitely be back

I'll start by saying that Luca and the staff are special people and professionals, perfect communication and check in. The apartment is really nice, clean and tidy. You have everything you need. Equipped with everything. Large bathroom and comfortable bed. It also has a terrace that with bbq. Two bathrooms, which have been renovated and have renovated the entire bathroom and kitchen. Really nice! Air conditioning and super wifi. The strong point of this property is the location. Very central, and full of history and culture. In short, a unique experience that I recommend to everyone!!!
