We enjoyed out stay very much in Avola. Alessio was a great host and responded very quicky to any questions and offered tips for restaurants and things to see in the area. In one of the books he left for us we discovered a wonderful hike to lakes - Cava Grande del Cassibile. Worth a visit. He arranged to have bicycles at the property and was nice to cycle around Avola. The property is very spacious, has everything you need and is great location for exploring the area. Parking was right in front of the property. We really liked the location within Avola, in the old town but nearby to everything and close to the beach as well. We had a car rental and went to many places nearby, towns, sites, hikes and a drive/hike at Mount Etna. Really great place to stay, good value and exceeded our expectations - was just right for us, in smaller town but nearby cities like Noto. Grazie Alessio e Francesa

wspaniały obiekt, całość urządzona w dawnej wozowni, co jest bardzo ciekawym pomysłem. świetnie urządzona zarówno część dolna z kuchnią i salonem, jak i sypialnia na antresoli. łazienka świetna. wszystko super czyste, od wejścia wrażenie jest doskonałe i nie mija do końca pobytu :) kontakt z Właścicielem bardzo sprawny i sympatyczny :) do naszej dyspozycji były rowery, co było bardzo miłym akcentem. parking przed obiektem również bardzo komfortowy :) pozdrawiamy serdecznie i dziękujemy za gościnę :)

C était bien situé, joli et propre

Il manque des fenêtres, dommage que le portail ne soit pas juste un volet et qu'il y ait un baie derrière, car c'est glauque dès qu'on ferme la porte

The loft is beautifully decorated and very centrally located. It’s few minutes walking distance from restaurants and bars, at the same time, given its position in an inner courtyard, it provides for privacy and calm. Our hosts Alessio and Francesca were very friendly, available and welcoming.

The place is beautiful but could also be a bit more practical. We were missing things like liquid soap for the dishes and toilet paper (that we bought with courtesy to the next guest), a good kitchen knife and a solid pan. Not big deal but would surely improve the stay, especially if its longer.
