Everything lovely.

Nice flat, with private beach. Only few seconds walk to the beach :) Bus station 3 minutes walk from the flat.

Taormina center is about 30 minutes walk up the hill, 200 meters hight difference. Or reachable with bus.

This B&B is a small holiday house on the coast, its a 10 min walk from the station, so its a good location. Has a garden and table outside so good to sit outside. Has small kitchen Great value is a expensive area.

Train line is 5 meters away so trains coming past up till about 11 pm . There was 1 freight train during the night, but overall not a problem as during the day were not there anyway. But may be a problem for some people

Right next to the rails so there was noise from the trains.

Bedbugs and ants... how are you selling this property to people booking.com ... should be ashamed of yourself. It's a disgraceful property I will be contacting you again. I have more than 50 bedbug bites all over my legs and back. Doctor visit necessary. Host is an arsehole who only wants money and doesn't care about guests.

The courtyard might be the only thing I would have liked.

The place is situated right between a busy road and the train tracks, like about 2-3 meters away and it's very noisy at night. I could sleep but my parents couldn't at all. To top this off, around 22:30 on the first day of our stay, I get multiple messages from the host that tells me we have to move the next day before 10 as he was just announced by the city hall that there will be electrical works going on. It was pretty hard to believe they got informed at 10 PM, on a Sunday.. but I didn't complain and searched for another place to move to. They said they will refund me for the second night we paid and couldn't stay, but a month later this still hasn't happened and they are not answering on WhatsApp or to the Booking customer service team either. Looking through the reviews, it seems we are not the only case that happened in the last month, so be aware if you already booked a stay with them 😕

The garden

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 beds, we got 2 beds when I asked for another bed we were told to find another hotel no refund!. I slept on a mattress on the ground. The owner arrived at about 6 am drunk and fell asleep outside of our room, I have video and photo proof of this. Also the train tracks are less than 4 meters from the apartment, last train is at 1215 and first at 515, if you enjoy sleeping this place may not be for you. I couldn't recommend this place for anybody

Private access to the beach

Unexisting cleanliness, trash bags with organic storage in one corner with thousands of mosquitoes. Train railway like 1m far from the house so loud sound every 30min. One day there was no water in the morning. One toilet leak water...
