Super lovely family involved in running this accommodation. Very clean and tidy, beds comfortable, and lots of equipment in the kichen/dining area. Giovanni and his family were very attentive to ensure maximum comfort. The location is also really good. Thank you.

The apartment was clean and the location was great, right in the core of Poggio Bustone. The host was flexible with our check in time which was great given that we were hiking to Poggio Bustone on the Via di Francesco and not sure of our arrival time. Kitchen facilities were also welcome as only one restaurant was open the night we were there and it wasn't a restaurant we wanted to visit so we easily cooked some pasta for dinner.

Breakfast was basic. Some jams / nutella and packed toasted bread + sponge - to be fair this is normal in most accommodations in Italy. The internet was very poor making it hard to plan the next day. We were lucky to have the place to ourselves because no one else had booked the other room. If it was booked however it would have been quite cramped, especially if the other guests wanted to cook and use the shared space at the same time.

Everything! It felt like home! Giovanni and his family are incredible hosts! We were doing the Via Francesco, it was truly an amazing home to rest and recharge energies! ❤️
