Это дуплекс и мне немного не хватило приватности, дорога на гору крайне сложная даже для опытного водителя, есть часть дороги куда вообще нельзя на широком авто, но нас про это предупреждали

Our host was amazing and very helpful. The views from the property are phenomenal and the restaurant round the corner was great with more gorgeous views, delicious food and an extensive wine list. Property had everything we needed, and more than we didn't have enough time to take advantage of. Huge plus having no traffic noise or anything to disturb the chill vibe

Property is probably more suited to adults only due to sharing the property with the owners (house is listed as detached, which it is, but is divided and functions more as a duplex. The owners were lovely people and very helpful. Our issue travelling with our 4 children was that noise carries through the walls so we were constantly harping at the kids about our noise levels so as not to disturb. Totally an *us* thing (and honestly I don't think we did a great job, 6 people are noisy), but we might have chosen differently had we known, purely not to impose on the comfort of others. The other issue travelling with kids was that the walk to/ from the funicular is tough for them and while fine for us on our own, is rough when carrying groceries for a self-catering rental.

The location was lovely, views spectacular. Accommodation very bright and spacious, with stunning views from every room. We could not have wished for better hosts they made us feel very welcome on arrival and were helpful and informative of the area. The hot tub and sauna was an added bonus.

The roads are very narrow, and quite busy at certain times.

Die Lage mit Aussicht auf den See ist traumhaft.

Die Standseilbahn war in Revision. Die Straßen in Brunate sind teilweise unter 2,20m Breite. Mit unserem VW Bus mussten wir an 2 Stellen die Spiegel anklappen, damit wir durch die engen Gassen kamen.
