The location is great. The place is quite spacious. Lockbox with the keys for check-in.

Wi-Fi and breakfast are virtually nonexistent. Don't have a problem with that. Just do not add them to the listing, it is rather deceiving.

We were met on arrival by Adi who showed us everything. A very well equipped appartment. So handy to everything but quiet too. A lovely very spacious place e to stay..

The apartment is adorable! At the heart of Sassi, with a spectacular view from the living room and gorgeous garden in front, where you can sit, enjoy the view, and drink your morning coffee . There is a coffee machine, tea and all you need to prepare some dishes. There are plenty of restorants in the area. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning , however, keep in mind that in August, it could be very hot. The landor Adi is very kind and helpful:)

Location is perfect, also the food and wine options just outside. The apartment is very big, spacious, cute garden in front. Plenty of hotwater.

It was a friendly house in the old town of Matera!!!! Inside was very beautiful decorated,clean and the beds were comfortable. The house owner was friendly and she solved all our questions. I recommend this house to everyone that wants to have a good stay at Matera!!

great location for the Sassi area. lovely views from window. Spacious and well equipped. very comfortable bed.

We liked the mezzanine floor but had to be very careful climbing up and downstairs particularly using the bathroom at night.

Location is very beautiful with view to Sassi from inside the house and from the outside terrace. It is quite and very comfortable, warm with hot water and everything you need.

Breakfast is a joke. It says breakfast included but it was more like a snack. For 3 mornings, 3 people we had 3 croissants, 8 slices of dried bread, 3 mini packs of jam and 3 cookies. It was enough for only one day. They also offer some cereals and milk. If you are the kind of person that eats in the morning, you ll need to buy the breakfast.
