Location!!! Great to have a self serving kitchen too.

The facilities (bathroom) were functional but slightly dated. The whole property is functional but could do with modernising. The curtain in the bedroom could do with modernising too. Needs better light fixtures in the bedroom.

A unique quirky little building right on the lake. Perfect location to walk everywhere. Private, quiet, spacious.

Stunning. Simply unbeatable spot to stay for a few days in Como. Close to town but just far away enough to be peaceful. Massive lounge area upstairs made perfect lake viewing with coffee or wine at any time of the day or night. 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants of central Como. Clean, well equipped and comfortable bed. 100% recommend staying here.

The location was superb. It looks directly onto the lake but is just far enough away from the centre of Como to ensure peace and quiet. It’s only a very short walk from restaurants bars and supermarkets, and a 10 minute walk from the old town and ferry ticket office/terminal. The property has everything you could need and is very comfortable - the best thing was sitting in the lounge in the evening just watching the world go by

The position and view are what you want. Its got the views that makes it a good pick.

A bit shabby chic and dusting needed above head hight.

The view, location, comfort, cleanliness and great communication with host and owners.👍🏼
