Location View Parking Easy walk into Como

View from the first floor living was awesome Right on the lake. Short walk to beach club, short walk to town Quiet, comfy bed, good air on, full amenities

Fantastic location. Wonderful views and lovely little house that was a joy to come home to. Welcome bottle of wine on arrival was a very welcome gift.

Poor shower pressure and bed was a bit uneven. Some noise late at night from surrounding area.

The apartment was very comfortable and large with plenty of space. The view from the living room was beautiful with very large windows overlooking the lake! Location was very good too, restaurants just down the street and both the ferry terminal and Centro within walking distance. Don't miss the Como-Brunate funicolar just a few steps from the apartment!!!

The apartment stairwell had no handrails which seems to be par with the rest of Italy.

Great location!! Many places to walk for dinner, drinks. Take the funicular to top of mountain for dinner. Only 50 yards away.

The property is situated on the shores of Lake Como in an upscale neighborhood. Restaurants are located nearby and the center of Como is within easy walking distance. It is also a short walk to the ferry terminal. The house has two floors with a bedroom, bath and living room upstairs. A small foyer, kitchen and laundry room are on the lower floor. There is also a small outdoor sitting area off the kitchen. We used the radio taxi number provided by the host for taxi service and it was much more reasonable than Uber. One final bonus is the sound of the lake waves lapping against the sea wall at night!

The location is unbeatable: walking distance to the city center, right on the lake shore, in a very upscale neighborhood, on the grounds of a beautiful villa. Marco who manages the property, as well as Giorgio and his wife who are the owners, are lovely people. The house is very dog friendly.

This is complaining on a very high level now but it would have been nice if there would have been some basic amenities, like shampoo and shower gel.
