空間真的非常大，很適合家庭旅遊，廚房設備完善，要簡單烹煮也完全沒問題，附近不遠處就有超商、便利商店，生活機能佳，總體而言住宿環境清幽、舒適！

距離車站真的稍稍較遠，由於京都公車不能上大行李箱，因此從車站出來建議叫計程車喔！

1棟貸しなので、気の合うメンバーと気を遣うことなく、楽しい旅行になりました。回りも静かで落ち着きます。 オーナさんも親切で夕食の美味しいお店を訪ねると教えてくれました。 教えて頂いたお店に17時ごろに行きましたが、予約でいっぱいだと入れず残念でした。全体的にはとても満足です。

今回車で行かせてもらいましたが、電車とかなら少し歩くので大変かも知れません。

Spacious as stated with a tea room as well. 2 toilets were useful for the 4 of us that stayed for 5 days. Kitchen had all the utensils required and bathroom and washroom is very well appointed. House is very well maintained and in a lovely suburban neighborhood which is quiet and peaceful. This is a lovely house. Kenichi was a very gracious and accommodating host who helped us check in and gave us useful instructions and tips. The bus stop is about 5 minutes away and you have to use the buses to go to the main hotspots in Kyoto.

Spacious and clean, with all the comforts and the amenities plus a good position and an extremely kind, professional and approachable host that explained us everything and more!

Some of the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the fridge didn't work properly.

Instead of 6 beds, they had 4 beds and 2 sleep mats. If it were 6 beds the house would be perfect

The apartment owner/manager waited for us to check-in. Communication via Booking was extremely efficient, and we notified her of our arrival time. Mieko helped us a lot in many ways. First, she helped us find a good and efficient way to deliver our luggage to a nearby Yamato transport point. Without her, I am not sure I would have found a way to do it, and after talking to her, I managed to understand how to send and receive luggage in places that are not dedicated hotels but more similar to the holiday home we had. Mieko also helped us find a nearby acupuncturist for my wife, who did not feel good the day before our arrival. She found a place a few minutes from there with good reviews, called to set up the appointment, and escorted us there to help in translation. It was extremely nice of her, and we cherish her help. She deserved an 11-star rating for that. The place is not far from many public transport lines to any place in Kyoto city. It is also a few minutes from the castle and the national park. Life supermarket is nearby and has good grocery options compared to 7 11 and Family Mart, especially with Sushi plates and other kinds of made food for dinner or lunch. There is a nearby bakery for Western-style food if you wish. Overall, the area is well-equipped with restaurants, grocery stores, cosmetics, and other things needed for a stay. The apartment is very spacious and convenient. It has one bedroom with a double bed and an office table. The second bedroom has two single beds and a sofa. The third bedroom has tatami beds. One toilet is upstairs, and the second one is downstairs. There is a traditional Japanese bath with air conditioning. It is useful for cold nights or for drying laundry. Of course, there is a laundry machine. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is a coffee machine (not espresso) that you can use. The apartment also has floor heating, which is extremely friendly when you walk barefoot or with socks, especially in Japanese houses.
