"terrible 冬天沒有熱水可以洗澡 也找不到客服"

接待員工親切 等待我們抵達

晚上洗澡沒有熱水！當天才5度，也聯繫到24H客服，糟糕的經驗不會再來，隔天說可能是瓦斯用完了，或是我們要自己開熱水器。我們根本不知道熱水器在哪裡怎麼開？？？
