"Eine interessante Stadt, die originelle Wohnung aber nur bei großer Hitze empfehlenswert."

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super und die Ausstattung und das Design der Kellerwohnung höchst originell (in Deutschland dürfte sie allerdings wahrscheinlich nicht als Wohnraum vermietet werden, weil der Fußboden fast ein Meter unter Straßenniveau liegt). Es war alles recht sauber und die Küchenausstattung o.k.

Leider gab es keine funktionierende Heizung, was bei 12 Grad Außentemperatur in einer Kellerwohnung mit äußerst dicken Wänden selbst im Sommer nicht angenehm war. Wir saßen in dicken Mänteln beim Frühstück und haben nachts trotz zusätzlicher Wolldecken gefroren. Bei großer Hitze ist es allerdings in der Wohnung mit meterdicken Wänden und fast keinen Fenstern wahrscheinlich höchst angenehm.
