Un magnifique appartement très bien situé, proche des souks et de la célèbre place Jemaa el-fnah . On s'est vraiment senti comme à la maison . Accueilli par notre chère Aicha qui nous a gâté pour ses délicieux déjeuners, sa gentillesse ,une vraie fée du logis. Merci aussi à Pascal pour son suivi et ses bons conseils. Une belle adresse à retenir !

Il y a un peu de bruit dans la rue qui est assez animée mais avec les fenêtres fermées, ce n'était pas un problème, on a bien dormi.

Posizione invidiabile, al limite tra La Medina e la città nuova. Un residence straordinariamente curato, con arredi semplici e raffinati. Ci siamo sentiti veramente "a casa", coccolati da M.me Aicha, una regina della casa e della cucina (naturalmente marocchina). Speriamo vivamente che questa nota non sia ampiamente diffusa, per non trovare casa nostra gia occupata alla prossima occasione.

Хорошо все. Кухня оборудована полностью. Отдельный вход с улицы, Очень большие апартаменты. Общественная парковка под окнами. Очень большая гостиная с кухней, веранда, над верандой надстройка, там установлена ванная джакузи. Завтрак готовила приходящая горничная, завтрак был вкусный.

LE 21 is great. Everything was as expected and as shown in the pictures. Extremely comfortable and cozy place to stay in Marrakech. One feels like at home all the time. Pascal was always reachable by WhatsApp for questions and support. We had a great stay and we would stay again if we come back to Marrakech. Aicha, the lady taking care of us was very friendly and taking care of our needs.

Not a big issue, but would be best if Aicha would also talk English (only French). Nevertheless great will to comunicate and we managed with google translate and help from Pascal or our guide. The music from the restaurant across the street can be a bit loud at times, but not a big issue. We slept like babies :)

Amazing communication and location and best place for a family with beautiful clean spacious rooms. Netflix and amazing house keeper making us fresh meals suiting our dietary preferences, multi level made for great holiday with family and plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Walking distance from everything! The jacuzzi wasn’t super warm but it was January and the outside temp was lower. It was a bit loud outside at night but the noises from nearby stopped by midnight.

The host was super friendly and helpful. Helped us store our luggage since our flight was a few hours after checkout and arranged us a ride to the airport.

Nice, cosy, very clean appartment, quite close to the old town,great hamman experience inside. Many thanks to Aisha for wonderful breakfasts and all the care.Julien is a wonderful host,very polite,a very nice person,gave us usefull advices,made all the reservations we needed.Thank you and if we come back,we will come ro you for sure.
