A beautiful, stylish and spacious house with nice terraces and a shaded jacuzzi. The best and simplest room safe I’ve seen and very good and easy to use air conditioning in the bedrooms- handy to block any noise.

The breakfast olives were not good ones. A “no room service required “ sign for the bedrooms would be handy for privacy and to save having to unmake the bed etc each day so it’s usable.

Fantastic location,. Plenty of room, very nicely furnished, and fully equipped. Great place! Above all, fantastic host in Julien. The best and most helpful host who went over and above to help us with fantastic recommendations and arrangements for dining, as well as special desert adventure trip. Nothing to dislike at all.

Would highly recommend. The owner is very helpful and the location is great. And in better weather the roof terrace would have been perfect for a break away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. Just very friendly and very easy and very safe place to stay.

Breakfast is served fresh everyday by the host, we were served some local fresh bread with some jams and other toppings, together with Moroccan tea, coffee and fresh orange juice

We stayed quite long, and the breakfast could be a bit boring after some days. It would be perhaps good to change the breakfast menu after 3 days. Despite just 3 minutes walk from the Medina, the property itself is very secure and secluded, especially if you're upstairs. But sometimes the streets can get very noisy and the noise is very strong in the bedrooms.

The location is close to the JEF.

Scam artist owner and manager asked for cash on checkout even though I prepaid for the maximum occupancy rate. Maid housekeeper awkwardly watched TV in the living room next to us during and after breakfasts even though we told her we didn't need her services. Made it feel like she was tasked with keeping an eye on us and she was using the apartment as her own. The breakfasts were presented with the most minimal of effort. We ended up cooking our own eggs afterwards for a proper breakfast. Maid damaged a wall entering the apartment then blamed us for it. Maid showed up an hour before checkout and got in the way while we packed even though we requested she not come until after we left. Manager felt a need to video record my family without permission while we were loading our vehicle to leave. Jacuzzi tub was not operational as advertised, could not use. With a new manager and Maid this place could be a win, but at current state I would advise to stay away. Not worth all the hassle that comes from the way this place is managed.

Amazing location and meticulously designed duplex. We really enjoyed our stay and Julien (Host) was super helpful giving options and recommendations for Marrakech. Highly recommend

Everything incredible, location, amazing breakfasts and everything clean. Host is incredible, helped us to find best places and to arrange reservations even when fully booked. It is very cozy and felt like home 100% recommended for full Marrakesh experience.
