Affection Apartment

The apartment in Bologna is very well located, fully equipped, and the communication with the host was excellent. Breakfast items, as well as tea and coffee, were thoughtfully provided.

The only downside is that more attention should be paid to cleanliness: there was dust on the lamps and window sills, the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and the trash hadn’t been taken out — the bins were already half full when we arrived. It could also use a fresh coat of paint.

La pulizia sicuramente carente polvere ovunque, sotto al divano credo non ci puliscano mai, divano letto vecchiotto anche se per un paio di giorni passabile.

Appartamento a 10 minuti dal centro (a piedi)

1) self check-in non ha funzionato quindi al mio arrivo non siamo potuto entrare in casa. Abbiamo aspettato circa 1h prima di entrare a mezzanotte 2) ci è stato detto che ci stava un pacchetto di benvenuto con determinate cose, ma non tutte le cose "promesse" ho trovato Detto questo: Bisogna un attimo rivedere lo staff.. io sono abbastanza comprensivo, ma mi aspettavo un piccolo "risarcimento" per quanto accaduto. Devo dire che il proprietario ha fatto quanto ha potuto per risolvere il problema (mi è stato detto, troppo tardi, di un piccolo regalo che non ho potuto andare a prendere). Quindi se si vuole essere gentili bisogna farlo nella maniera giusta.
