EverGreen House

This was such a special stay. It has been a highlight of our trip so far. Enza, the host, is so lovely, kind and welcoming, we felt at home right away. She then invited us that evening to watch the sunset from her summer house, just up the hill from the property. This was an incredible experience. She prepared an amazing dinner for us all homemade with products from her own garden, and finished with some of her homemade limoncello! Please stay here if you visit Sicily- you won’t regret it!

Everything was perfect. Enza is excellent host, she prepared amazing dinner for us with vegetables from her garden.

The hostess was amazing and from the beginning she was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. She invited us up to thier beautiful garden for the scheduled sunset apritivo, wich left us breathless and my friend to tears(happy)from the amazing sunset. All the food she served was homemade and they joined us and we took a lemoncello with them which made us feel like family. Definitely stay here if you are going to Agrigento.!!! Sue

Everything was perfect!!!

This is our favorite place that we have stayed! Enza and Stefano are warm and accommodating hosts. They made sure to think of everything we could need. We went to their home on the mountaintop for a private sunset dinner and had a delicious home-cooked meal with wine, as well as fresh bread from Enza’s wood-fired oven. The property was very comfortable and had plenty of room for our family of 4. The shower was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We loved playing darts and listening to records.

If there was a rating above 10, it would surely be the double. We were more than impressed by the heartful hospitality and the truly well thought out concept by Enza: Wonderful and quiet accomodation topped by homemade big apperitivo (everything homemade und completely organic by only local (own garden) ingredients) - a must - in the evergreen park rustico of the owner at the time of sunset. A truly sicilian experience not to miss, we will return, next time for a longer stay

The apartment was fantastic: clean, spacious, rich of details and fully equipped. Breakfast was rich and delicious: fresh orange juice and pastries, yoghurt, fruits, cereals, tea and coffee. Enza and Stefano are great hosts and will treat you during your stay. We were invited for an apericena (£15 extra each) in their other house on the mountains, overlooking the valley and Enza’s herbs & vegetable gardens: a little corner of paradise bathed in sunset. Amazing. We really loved this place. If I have to find a complaint I’d say the extra charge (£5 per wash) for the washing machine. As it is an appliance as much as the oven an microwave, I’d expect it to be included in the price.

Enza and his husband were really kind and friendly. They took us to their summer building in top of the mountain, which is a lovely place with amazing views and we had a great time there. The EverGreen house is spacious, neat… and the beds are comfortable. If we can back to this area, we will repeat
