EverGreen House

We had a great time at EverGreen house in Agrigento. The house is very cozy, with a stove where you can warm up, comfy bed and clean bathroom. The host was very friendly, she arranged for us an appetizer with wine and a view over the mountains. In the morning she prepared a fresh breakfast for us.

We loved everything!

The apartment is large, newly renovated and perfectly equipped, located in a small village which allows you to experience authentic Sicilian life. Breakfast was abundant and provided according to our wishes. What set this stay apart from other places we stayed during our 2 weeks in Sicily was the hospitality of our hosts Enza & Stefano. We had the pleasure to be welcomed to their summer home for a complimentary aperitif with a 360 degrees view over the hills with Mt. Etna in the distance. Enza gave our 12 yo daughter the opportunity to make bread, pizza and mbugliate together, an experience she won't forget. We shared dinner with their friends making us feel long term friends too. Lovely hosts who went out of their way to optimise our experience. Spacious apartment. Isolated location in a small village. Recommended their family pizza restaurant nearby (minimal other options in this little town) - best pizza ever! Washing machine. Lovely kitchen.

Slightly difficult to locate late at night - good to arrive in daylight, and only accessible by car.

Our stay at Evergreen House was absolutely wonderful:) From the moment we arrived, Enza and her husband welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality, making us feel like part of their family. Parking was conveniently available right in front of the building, which made our stay even easier. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday with a one year old baby:) Each morning, we were treated to a delicious, freshly prepared breakfast by Enza. A highlight of our stay was being invited to her hilltop retreat house for a sunset aperitif. The panoramic views were breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere was a perfect escape. Evergreen House offered us an authentic taste of Sicilian village life. Enza's passion for her lush garden and the surrounding beauty was truly inspiring, and we felt lucky to share in her little slice of paradise. We would highly recommend Evergreen House to anyone looking for a memorable and heartwarming experience in Sicily!

Nothing!!

The accommodation greatly exceeded our expectations. The hostess, and her husband, were super nice. They took care of us as if we were their own. They invited us to watch the sunset in their garden at the top of the hill, we were given treats, wine and local olives. The accommodation was clean, I have never seen it cleaned like this before. Thank you so much!

A little piece of Sicily paradise. A large apartment with everything you could ever need. The host was so kind and helpful. Breakfasts were amazing with hand squeezed pomegranate juice.

No complaints. We loved our place. The village is small so be prepared to chill.

Super friendly and welcoming hosts, car could be parked on the street right in the front of the building. The room was very nice, we could even listen to some LP records (phonograph). Served breakfast also very nice, and Enza has invited us to their house on the top of the hill for a morning coffee, where you have a beautiful sight. There you also can visit her beautiful garden which she is especially passionate and proud about, with right.

Not really a negative, but good to know: They have recommended us a great restaurant at walking distance, which was super nice, but if you order the appetizer taste menu, be prepared arrive with an extreme hunger, or you will not get through the basic menu, which includes 15+ different meals. The amounts are crazy, but worth it! :)

Everything. Enza is a fantastic host. I hardly recommend this place for families with kids. Extremely comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast was outstanding.
