Buona posizione. Pur essendo, sostanzialmente, un seminterrato, non ha grossi problemi di umidità, grazie al deumidificatore. L'aria condizionata funziona bene, come pure il wi-fi. Bottiglia di vino in omaggio e molta attenzione dell'host durante tutta la vacanza.
